It is located between the villages of Dilofo, Kipoi and Koukouli and is built in 1750 at the expense of the Consul General of Zagori Noutsos Kontodimou from Vradeto. At the same time there was another bridge, which they also used to punish the zoo: In order to find out if a suspect was a zooist, they forced him to cross the bridge, carrying a goat on his back. If he passed by or admitted his act, he was acquitted. Otherwise, his punishment was drowning in the river. Near the bridge is the “Daveli Cave”, which was the refuge of the robber George Davelis in the summer of 1881, when he was hunting for a Turkish military passage. Davelis paid his salvation to Agia Paraskevi, because near the bridge there is a chapel of Agia Paraskevi. For this reason, the robber constructed the icon in the small cave. The second name of the bridge comes from the surname of the owner of the adjacent mill. This mill served the needs of the inhabitants of Koukouli, Kapesovou, Vradeto, Dilofou and Aspangelon.
